Acceptance and scope
By using this website, requesting a quotation, registering as a customer or making a payment, you agree to these terms. Nikhil Enterprises provides stationery, hardware, building construction, repair, maintenance and selected digital services subject to an accepted quotation, work order or invoice.
Quotations and service delivery
Prices, specifications, quantities, timelines and deliverables are governed by the applicable quotation or invoice. Changes requested after acceptance may affect price and delivery time. Construction and maintenance timelines may also depend on site access, approvals, weather and material availability.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide correct contact, site, billing and customer ID information, obtain necessary permissions, and review specifications before approval. Customer IDs are issued for account identification and must not be misused.
Payments
Amounts shown against a customer ID are based on billing records created by an authorised administrator. A payment is considered complete only after successful gateway confirmation and reconciliation. Bank, gateway or network delays may affect status updates.
Warranty and liability
Any product warranty is subject to the manufacturer’s terms. Service or workmanship obligations are limited to the written quotation or work order. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith resolution and, where required, will be subject to courts having jurisdiction over Kanpur Dehat, Uttar Pradesh.
